Instructor - adult education (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Nest Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
