Instructor - adult education (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Amber Medical is a El Paso company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
