Instructor - adult education (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Kestrel Staffing places workers with employers around El Paso. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
