Instructor - adult education (El Paso, TX)

Ironwood Health is an early-learning provider in El Paso. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 772 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in classroom supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
