Instructor - adult education (Detroit, MI)

Summit Iron Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
