Instructor - adult education (Detroit, MI)

Nova Wilder Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
