Amberfield Iron Staffing is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
