Instructor - adult education (Des Moines, IA)

Greenridge Bridge Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Des Moines with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
