Instructor - adult education (Denver, CO)

Bright Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Denver. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing.
