Instructor - adult education (Denver, CO)

Ironwood Quill Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Denver. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in electronic records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
