Instructor - adult education (Dallas, TX)

Lumen Fox Medical Group is a Dallas company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
