Instructor - adult education (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Junction Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
