Bluepeak Juniper Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
