Instructor - adult education (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Cobalt Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Columbus. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
