Instructor - adult education (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Granite Staffing Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
