Instructor - adult education (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Kestrel Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
