Instructor - adult education (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Birch Care Services Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
