Instructor - adult education (Colorado Springs, CO)

Amberfield Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Colorado Springs, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about vehicle inspections. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in vehicle inspections. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
