Instructor - adult education (Cincinnati, OH)

Redstone Willow Staffing Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 205 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
