Instructor - adult education (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Loom Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
