Instructor - adult education (Chicago, IL)

Westbrook Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Chicago. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 426 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in customer estimates. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
