Instructor - adult education (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ridge Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
