Instructor - adult education (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Fox Medical designs and makes medical devices in Charlotte. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
