Instructor - adult education (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Bridge Care Services supports families and individuals in Buffalo with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
