Instructor - adult education (Buffalo, NY)

Northwind Ember Staffing places workers with employers around Buffalo. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in onboarding. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
