Instructor - adult education (Buffalo, NY)

Redstone Forge Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Buffalo, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing.
