Instructor - adult education (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak North Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people based in Boston. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in retention. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
