Stonegate Cobalt Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
