Instructor - adult education (Boise, ID)

Rivermark Birch Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Boise. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
