Instructor - adult education (Birmingham, AL)

Bluepeak Quarry Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
