Instructor - adult education (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Amber Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in service appointments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
