Instructor - adult education (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Fox Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Baltimore. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
