Instructor - adult education (Atlanta, GA)

Summit Fern Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
