Instructor - adult education (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Beacon Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
