Instructor - adult education (Atlanta, GA)

Westbrook Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in Atlanta with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
