Instructor - adult education (Anchorage, AK)

Cedar Drift Health is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
