Instructor - adult education (Anchorage, AK)

Bluepeak Corner Medical Associates builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Anchorage, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
