Instructor - adult education (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Harbor Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Albuquerque. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
