HR Business Partner - seasonal workforce (remote)

Bright Juniper Farms grows fruit and vegetables across Indiana and employs about 600 people at peak season. We are hiring a part-time HR business partner, working remotely, to support our seasonal workforce. What you will do • Support supervisors with hiring, onboarding and training of seasonal crews. • Manage housing, transportation and wage compliance questions. • Handle workplace concerns quickly and fairly. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR, ideally in agriculture or seasonal work. • Knowledge of wage-and-hour and H-2A requirements is a plus; Spanish is helpful. Part-time, about 24 hours a week, remote, with farm visits.
