HR Business Partner - production and print teams (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Junction Press is a commercial printer and publisher in San Jose with around 1,200 people across three plants and an office. We need a part-time HR business partner for the plant floor. What you will do • Meet with supervisors weekly to talk through attendance, performance and scheduling issues. • Handle leave, accommodation and workplace concerns from first conversation to resolution. • Support open enrolment and onboarding for new production hires. What we are looking for • Four or more years in HR, ideally in manufacturing or shift-based settings. • Knowledge of California leave and wage-and-hour rules. Part-time, on site in San Jose, about 24 hours a week across three days.
