HR Business Partner - pressroom and bindery (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge Vale Press is a commercial printer in Wichita with about 350 employees across three shifts. We are hiring a part-time HR business partner to support our pressroom and bindery supervisors. What you will do • Meet weekly with supervisors about attendance, performance and scheduling. • Handle employee questions on leave, benefits and workplace concerns. • Support hiring events and new-employee orientation. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR, preferably in manufacturing. • Clear communication and good judgement. Part-time, about 24 hours a week, on site in Wichita.
