HR Business Partner - operations and depots (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Fern Transit Planning designs and operates bus routes for cities across Kansas, with more than 1,000 drivers, mechanics and planners. We are hiring a full-time HR business partner based in Wichita. What you will do • Support depot managers on attendance, discipline, grievances and safety concerns. • Work with our union representatives to resolve issues early. • Help update our handbook and manage annual reviews for salaried staff. What we are looking for • Four or more years in HR; experience with transit or other unionised workplaces is a strong plus. • Fair and calm under pressure. Full-time, on site in Wichita.
