HR Business Partner - onboarding (Wichita, KS)

Nova Fern Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
