HR Business Partner - onboarding (Wichita, KS)

Ironwood Pine Community Partners is a Wichita charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
