HR Business Partner - onboarding (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Beacon Markets Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
