HR Business Partner - onboarding (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Oak Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
