HR Business Partner - onboarding (Wichita, KS)

Bright Kestrel Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 347 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
