HR Business Partner - onboarding (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Nest Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
