HR Business Partner - onboarding (Wichita, KS)

Stonegate Pine Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
