HR Business Partner - onboarding (Wichita, KS)

Stonegate West Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Wichita. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
